2. Description of Services
Our Services include:

  • Renting of private offices, shared workspaces, and meeting rooms

  • Providing Virtual Business Address (VBA) subscriptions for mailing purposes and business address usage.
     

The VBA may not be used for:

  • Registering a Google Business Profile

  • Any unlawful business activity


3. User Access and Eligibility

  • You do not need to create an account to use or book our services.

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or Services.

  • Only authorized representatives of a business may purchase a VBA subscription.


4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Services may be purchased via Zelle, PayPal, or credit card.

  • The VBA service is billed on a recurring yearly basis unless canceled in writing.

  • No refunds are offered for cancellations once a billing cycle has started.


5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
By using our services, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site or Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity

  • Damage or misuse of our property or facilities

  • Violate the terms of any agreement with us

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any user who:

  • Acts in bad faith

  • Causes physical or reputational damage to our property or business

  • Violates these Terms  or the contract terms


6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and copy on the Site are the intellectual property of Converge Workspaces, LLC. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content


Use our brand or logo without permission
7. Third-Party Tools and Services
We use tools including:

  • Google Analytics (for site behavior tracking)

  • Jotform (for intake forms and service requests)

  • QuickBooks (for invoicing and recordkeeping)


These tools are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share your information with third-party advertisers.


8. SMS/Text Messaging Consent
By providing your mobile number through our website or forms, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Converge Workspaces, LLC, which may include:

  • Booking confirmations

  • Payment reminders

  • Appointment updates

  • Service-related messages

  • Occasional promotions (only with explicit opt-in)

  • General Lessor/Lessee tenant communications

Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. Message frequency may vary. Your mobile number will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing.
